With a background in competitive gymnastics and collegiate baton twirling, Mackenzie has always had a strong connection to movement. Her journey with yoga began in 2023 during a stressful and uncertain season of life, when she was searching for a way to support her mental well-being while finding a form of movement she genuinely enjoyed.
What began as a yoga class quickly became a daily practice and, over time, a way of life. Drawn to the intentional connection between breath and movement, Mackenzie primarily practices Ashtanga yoga and continues to deepen her appreciation for the philosophy and traditions behind the ancient practice.
In 2025, Mackenzie earned her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) certification through Yoga Den. Today, she is passionate about sharing the practice that has brought greater balance, mindfulness, and intention to her own life, helping others discover the benefits of yoga through movement, breath, and connection.

With more than 23 years of experience in Ballroom and Latin dance, Megan brings a lifelong passion for movement, fitness, and personal expression to her approach to wellness.

Since 2013, she has also competed in and served as a judge for local Dancing with the Stars events, bringing both performance and technical expertise to her work.
Her background in dance, fitness training, and competition has shaped a wellness philosophy centered around strength, confidence, balance, discipline, and joy. Megan encourages others to see movement not simply as exercise, but as an opportunity to connect with themselves, build confidence, and create a more active and fulfilling way of life.
